Smith nears decision
"It went pretty good," fullback/linebacker Maurice Smith said when asked about his official visit to Ohio State. "That's my last visit."
"I went to Michigan State, West Virginia, and Ohio State. I like Ohio State and Michigan State best."

The 6-foot-2 and 225 pounder from Warren (Ohio) Howland rushed for 1400 yards and 17 touchdowns during his senior season. Smith also made over 50 tackles.
