"USC and Ohio State are my two favorites.
"USC has been a favorite since I was little. They play the type of offense I think I fit in. I don't really mind the distance away.
"Ohio State is close to home. I don't mind staying close either. My family could see me play. I've watched Ohio State with my family since I was little. That's why I love Ohio State."
When asked who he is looking at after his Top 5, Small said, "Iowa, Michigan State, and Wisconsin.
"I'm going to wait till after the season before I decide."
The 5-foot-10 and 173-pound Small, a four star player, is the No. 5 prospect in the state of Ohio in the Rivals.com player rankings. Small caught 33 passes during his junior season while also returning punts and kickoffs and playing some cornerback.
