Small but mighty: Jett attracting CUSA, PAC-12

Class of 2015 Charlotte (N.C.) Rocky River all-purpose back Elijah Jett is out to prove that despite his height, he can play with the best of them. After a solid junior season, a few schools are starting to come around to that line of thinking.
"Charlotte really wants to get me to their junior day," said Jett, who is listed at 5-foot-4, 175 pounds. "They want me to show what I can do at their camp that's coming up and I'm looking forward to that."

Jett was on campus at his hometown university for the first game of the season back in the fall and came away impressed.
"I went to the first-ever game they had and it was pretty nice," Jett said of the 49ers. "They run the spread so I'm used to playing in that type of system and I think I would fit in well. "
Other schools showing interest in Jett include Arizona and Kansas State.
"I haven't made it down to Arizona yet but they want me to come to camp," Jett said. "I'm planning on going to a lot of camps."
When it comes to the possibility of leaving home to get a chance to play at the next level, Jett said he's not a concern.
"I'm not worried about that," he said. "If I can get free school and free education distance won't matter."
