Slow track for Texas RB

Taking the process very slow is the plan for Newton, Texas all-purpose back Toddrick Pendland. The 5-foot-9, 165-pound two-star player knows that Signing Day is inching closer, but he's not rushing a thing.
Visits will be his next order of business, but nothing has been set up and not one team is being favored at this point.

"I haven't taken any trips yet," Pendland said. "I may be going to Stephen F. Austin and Northwestern. Northwestern offered me right before the break. I still feel the same about everything."
"No one is really sticking out."
Schools like UTEP have backed off on his recruitment and that's helped him start to narrow down his list. His decision will go the distance.
"It will be close to Signing Day," he said about his commitment. "I haven't taken any trips yet, so I have to do that before I decide."
