"I want to play defense in college," Slocum says. "They (recruiters) say I can come in and play whatever position I want."
"I visited Boston College, Syracuse, and Maryland. On April 17 I'm going to Virginia Tech and Virginia."
"Wisconsin offered a scholarship in writing last week. Today LSU said they are going to offer. Maryland, Syracuse, Boston College, and Michigan State offered. And my coach said Michigan is going to offer. And West Virginia offered."
"And I like all the Florida schools."
