Slew of offers for Florida LB

Blountstown (Fla.) linebacker prospect Ryan Baker had a big spring evaluation period, picking up multiple scholarship offers from BCS Conference programs, including several in the SEC and ACC.
"I've got offers from Auburn, Alabama, Florida, South Florida, Central Florida, Clemson, Arkansas, and Ole Miss," Baker said. "I can't even tell you all of the rest of them, but UCLA just came through with an offer earlier this week."

The 6-foot, 206-pounder used to favor one in-state program, but now that he's seen his list of offers increase, there are plenty of options to consider.
"At first it was all about Florida State, but I'm interested in seeing all of them now," he said. "I don't know yet. There's too many to know yet."
Baker plans to visit Alabama unofficially this week and then will head to Tennessee the following week. He also will camp at LSU and Florida State later in the summer.
"I'm probably going to try to get all my visits in and make a decision before school starts," he said. "I'd like to know by then."
Baker is a three-star rated prospect, is the No. 53 outside linebacker prospect nationally and is the No. 77 overall prospect in the state of Florida according to Rivals.com.
