Sleeper turning into prospect

When Rivals.com first introduced cornerback/wide receiver Josh Harrison (5-9, 170, 4.5) from Oxnard (Calif.) Rio Mesa he was a sleeper prospect. Since then the talented all-around athlete has picked up four offers with a good chance for more on the way.
"I went to Idaho to visit my brother and while I was there Boise State called," Harrison said. "So while I was there I took an unofficial visit and met with the head coach (Chris Peterson). They gave me a verbal offer. I also have offers from Idaho, Idaho State and Nevada.

"I could be getting an from Arizona, too. Arizona also likes me for track."
Harrison is also one of the Golden State's best long jumper as he finished third in the state as a junior. His best jump was 24-feet.
Arizona isn't the only Pac 10 school interested in Harrison's abilities.
"Oregon, Washington and Washington State are recruiting me," Harrison said. "I hope to get offers from them, too."
The scouting on Harrison is he's a money player, meaning he makes plays when his team needs one most.
"Josh was a surprise to us on defense," Rio Mesa coach Bob Gregorchuk said in an earlier interview with Rivals.com. "He led the team in interceptions and breakups while only playing on the defensive side of the ball during the last part of the season."
"A lot of his interceptions came at crucial times for us," Gregorchuk said. "It was either on a third down conversion or a touchdown stop. He always seemed to step up at the crucial moment."
On the defensive side of the ball, Harrison had 10 tackles and four picks. Remember these stats are for only the latter part of the season.
Offensively he was our third receiver who caught 13 passes for 193 yards and one touchdown while averaging 14.9 yards per catch.
Harrison was an all-league selection as a junior.
