Sleeper setting visits

Defensive tackle/offensive tackle Desmond Taylor (6-3, 264, 4.9) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola is a player who has seen his stock take an upward turn over the last month and it has continued during the last month of the recruiting season.
Taylor was selected first-team all-league defensive tackle in one of the toughest, if not the toughest league in the CIF Southern Section Division I, for his senior season performance. He racked up over 40 tackles, three sacks and even had one pick from his defensive tackle position.

Taylor has his first visit set to Northwestern on January 14th. He is in the process of hammering out a visit date to Colorado. On the January 21st, Taylor will be heading to Flagstaff for a visit to Northern Arizona. UC Davis could also get a visit out of Taylor.
Though Taylor is a standout on both sides of the line, he is being recruited as a defensive player.
The scouting report on Taylor is very quick off the ball and he uses his hands well. He swarms to the ball, gets off his blocks and makes plays.
Northwestern, Colorado, Northern Arizona, UC-Davis and San Jose State have been the most consistent recruiting him lately.
UCLA has shown some interest.
