Sleeper RB visits Louisiana Tech

"I really had a great time," Griffin, one of the top sleeper running backs in the Southeast, said. "I fell in love with the place."

The 5-foot-11, 205-pounder says that the Bulldogs are now even with Michigan, where he will visit next weekend, for his services.
"I really love it (at Louisiana Tech)," Griffin said. "I will have to have a good trip to Michigan next weekend to change my mind."
One thing that could play into Griffin's decision is the center for the blind located a mile or so from the Ruston, La., campus. Griffin's father is blind.
"My father had a good time, so this could be a great place for my family," he said.
During his visit, Griffin toured the campus. Patrick Jackson was his player host.
"(Patrick) was great," Griffin said. "I got to meet a lot of the players and I really liked them."
He also got a chance to meet with Louisiana Tech head coach Jack Bicknell.
"Coach Bicknell was great," he said. "We talked about a lot of things and he wants me to play there. I would have a chance to play right away and that's something that I really like."
Griffin is expected to announce shortly after his trip to Ann Arbor next week. The three-star rated prospect rushed for 1,996 yards and 23 touchdowns during his senior season.
