Sleeper QB taking one more trip

Euless (Texas) Trinity dual-threat quarterback Trevor Vittatoe led his team to a state championship this year and now is seeing the benefits of that success in his recruiting process.
Quickly, the 6-foot-3, 195-pound signal caller narrowed down his list to Texas State and UTEP. He took his first official visit this past weekend to Texas State but will take one more before deciding between his final two.

"I'm still undecided and I'll see UTEP this weekend," Vittatoe said. "Those are my top two schools and those will be the ones I choose from. I liked Texas State though. I liked the area, the coaches, and the offense."
The Miners will get a visit because of the offensive scheme that the they run.
"They're style of offense interests me," he said. "It's more of a spread passing attack. That's what I wanted to do for a long time. I'll make a final decision after the trip this weekend."
"I'll decide on Sunday."
