Sleeper QB garners interest

The Grand Canyon State of Arizona is home for a sleeper quarterback who is beginning to attract attention from D-I schools. The quarterback who is beginning to wake up D-I schools is Troy Graham (6-5, 220, 4.9) from Chandler (Ariz.) Basha.
Graham earned all-region (HM) honors as a junior after throwing for 1,299 yards and ten touchdowns. The drop-back signal caller also rushed for one touchdown in 2006.

Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA, Boise State, Utah and Colorado have been by the school this spring and have shown interest in the emerging gunslinger from Arizona.
The hard working Graham has a busy camp schedule coming up as he prepares for his senior season.
"I will attend the Elite 11 Camp on May 18th," Graham said. "I will attend team camps at Arizona, Arizona State and Colorado for sure. I may also go to UCLA's camp and I'm trying to get to Notre Dame's camp."
In the weight room Graham benches 275, squats 345, cleans 225 and has recorded a 27.5 vertical jump.
The scouting report on Graham is he has excellent leadership qualities and is an outstanding decision maker.
Graham doesn't force things and takes what the defense gives him. He has a good and very accurate arm and can make all the throws.
What is Graham looking for in a college?
"I want to attend a school with an excellent academic reputation," Graham said. "I'm also interested in early playing time so I will research depth charts."
Is there a school that Graham would like to hear more from?
"I would like to hear more from Iowa," Graham said. "Both of my parents attended the school."
