Sleeper picks up first offer

Sleeper athlete prospect Jonathan Warzeka (5-9, 175, 4.5) from Lake Elsinore (Calif.) Temescal Canyon has been working extremely hard this off-season the camp circuit to improve his skills and get ready for his senior season.

Warzeka was so impressive at the NIKE Camp that he received an offer from Air Force.
At the B2G Camp Warzeka walked away with the Fastest Man Award and was Camp defensive MVP.
When you consider the elite talent that shows up at the B2G Camp that Warzeka was the MVP is an eye opener.
Big time talent such as UCLA bound E.J. Woods and Anthony Dye were on hand. Also the Arizona headed Robert Golden was another big time talent on hand at the camp.
Being an honored athlete is nothing new for Warseka. As a sophomore, he was an all-league, all-area, all-county and all-CIF as a defensive back.
As a junior, Warzeka was all-league and all-area for his performance as a quarterback.
Once again Warzeka will once again line up on both sides of the ball his senior season as a quarterback and safety. He probably projects on the D-I level as cornerback.
From his quarterback position, Warzeka as an option quarterback rushed for 1,589 yards and 19 touchdowns. He added 330 more yards and two more touchdowns through the air.
As a safety, Warzeka racked up 35 tackles and had three interceptions while only playing the last seven games of the season on defense because of his value as the team's quarterback.
As a sophomore, Warzeka started both ways as a wide receiver and safety. From his safety spot he had 62 tackles and eight interceptions. As a wide receiver, he caught six passes for 145 yards and three touchdowns.
What is Warzeka looking for in a college?
"I want to go to a University where I can play football and get a good education," Warzeka said. "I would like to go to a school with a good tradition and the student-body has spirit for their athletic teams. I hope to go to a school with student involvement."
Besides Air Force, Warzeka is getting a lot of recruiting attention from San Diego State, Fresno State, UC-Davis and Oregon.
