Sleeper OL makes his choice

Centre (Ala.) Cherokee County offensive tackle Will Miller is a sleeper lineman from the northeast corner of the state that has made a verbal commitment to one of the in-state schools this week.
"I went on an official visit to UAB back in December," Miller said. "I really enjoyed the visit and I committed a little while after I got back. I really like the UAB program. It is a program that is on the way up and it's only a couple of hours from home."

The 6-foot-5, 268-pound Miller runs the 40-yard dash in 5.4 seconds, has a 295-pound bench press and 450-pound squat.
"I am firmly committed to UAB right now and I am not planning on taking any other official visits, but I have been talking to Vanderbilt lately," Miller said. "I could still end up going up there for a visit, but as of right now they have not offered me yet."
Miller is an excellent academic student who holds a 3.9 GPA and scored a 24 on the ACT.
