Sleeper now has three offers

Tight end Chris Marks (6-6, 240, 4.75) from Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman saw his stock gain a lot of momentum due a strong senior season. Marks entered into the season as a sleeper and now has three D-I offers on the table with the possibility for more.
“Chris really came into his own as a senior,” Bishop Gorman head coach Dave White said. “He has only played one year as a tight end and he did a great job.”

“Chris has tremendous upside,” White said. “He has great size and the work ethic to get better. Someone is going to get lucky with Chris.”
Marks already visited Wyoming on November 21st and he had a great time. On the trip the Cowboy brass offered him a scholarship.
New Mexico and Montana have also joined Wyoming as teams that have offered Marks a scholarship.
Marks had a trip set to Fresno State before the dead period on December 19th.
“I canceled my trip to Fresno State,” Marks said. “And will set one up with UCLA instead.”
“I will possibly set up a trip to UCLA on January 9th or January 16th,” Marks said. “I will have to do some shuffling of my visit schedule though.”
Shuffling visit dates indeed.
New Mexico, a school that has already offered has Marks scheduled to visit the Albuquerque campus on January 9th.
The other date that Marks mentioned he might visit UCLA was January 16th but on that date the Oregon Ducks have Marks scheduled to come to Eugene.
It looks Marks is going to be a very busy young man in January.
The word on the street is Stanford and Washington is also showing Marks a lot of attention.
