Sleeper Hale chooses Vandals

The one Division I-A scholarship offer for Paris, Texas receiver/athlete Dewey Hale was plenty for him to make a decision.
The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder recently made a commitment to Idaho over several Division I-AA and Division II offers.

"It was for a lot of reasons," Hale said. "I just wanted to get out of Paris and go make a name for myself. The facilities were nice and I just liked everything about Idaho."
Hale says that he's going to be a receiver and a punt returner at Idaho. This decision is final for the East Texas sleeper.
"I'm kind of set on Idaho," Hale said. "This is it for me. I'm committed there."
