Sleeper FB will visit North Carolina

Paul Canevari hasn't received nearly as much attention as some other prospects from Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco this year, but schools are showing him some interest now that we are getting closer to Signing Day.
The 6-foot, 207-pound prospect rushed for 1,750 yards and 36 touchdowns for Don Bosco this past fall and he projects as a fullback in college.

On Thursday evening Canevari was on the road heading down to officially visit one of the schools that is showing interest.
"I'm actually driving down to visit UNC right now," Canevari said. "The coaches are real interested in me right now. They just want to get me down to the campus so I'm heading down now. I've got to meet the head coach, coach (Butch) Davis, and I'll just see how I like it."
If UNC were to offer it seems as though it would be a very attractive option.
"It's definitely at the top of my list," he said of North Carolina. "I just want to see the place and get a feel for it."
Canevari will be in Chapel Hill all weekend so by Sunday he should have a good idea of where he stands with the Tar Heels.
"UNC's the main school right now," he continued. "I'm talking to Akron and Syracuse. Syracuse came and saw me the other day. Central Florida is showing interest and Rutgers came the other day too."
