Sleeper emerging

Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft is a very talented team. They could end up having several players getting D-I ride. While Rivals100 has already introduced you to Steve Smith, Noah Smith, Lance Broadus, Cary Dove and Paul Pratt, Taft has another player that is emerging and has been key to their success.
This sleeper’s name is Littrele Jones (5-10, 170, 4.5). Jones was an all-league performer a year ago when he played for Reseda (Calif.) Cleveland.

Jones started the season as a cornerback/wide receiver but when junior running back sensation Ian Bell went down with an injury, Jones replaced him and really stepped up his game.
Jones received his first start at running back against an inspired San Fernando, Calif., team and rushed for over 200 yards. His performance was one of the reasons that Taft prevailed that night.
Jones proved his first game wasn’t a fluke. In his four weeks as the starting running back, he has rushed for close to 500 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Cornerback may be the position that Jones will project as on the next level. He has recorded two picks and had two others called back because of penalties. He is also a very physical corner who isn’t an afraid to come up and make a tackle.
Jones told Rivals100 that he beginning to hear from Cal and San Jose State.
Washington, Oregon State, New Mexico, Boise State and UNLV are all aware of Jones and have begun correspondence.
Keep an eye on Jones who is beginning to get on many school’s radar.
