Sleeper emerges in Beaumont

Beaumont, Texas is the cradle of quarterbacks this upcoming season.
Beaumont Central's Brandon Williams committed to Texas A&M over the spring, while Westbrook's Joe Chaisson has been offered by the likes of Tennessee, Baylor, Missouri, UTEP and Iowa State.

Sleeper London Durham at Beaumont Ozen is ready to shock the Texas Golden Triangle and make a name for himself with college recruiters.
"London is the most complete quarterback in the Triangle (Beaumont area)," Ozen offensive coordinator Verril Young said. "He is a tremendous runner, but what sets him apart in his ability to throw the football ball."
Durham has flown under the radar, having moved to quarterback this spring. He started and excelled as a defensive back during his junior season.
One team that has taken notice is TCU, which is aggresively recruiting Durham.
"He's a quarterback first, but he can play other position," Young said. "He's pretty laid back and quiet off the field, but to get this kid to step out of bounds and avoiding contact is impossible. He's a tough kid."
TCU, Houston and UTEP are schools that are paying the most attention to Durham, and his grades also make him attractive.
