Sleeper DT Waiting On Offers
Patterson (N.J.) Eastside defensive lineman Octavis Buggs doesn’t have any offers yet, but the 6-foot-3, 280-pounder looks like a solid college run-stopping defensive tackle. He’s also being recruited hard by a lot of schools.
“Right now Georgia Tech, Rutgers, Maryland, Iowa, Pitt and UConn are recruiting me,” he said. “I really like Tech and Maryland right now and hopefully one of them will offer soon.”

Buggs doesn’t have any official visits set up yet, but knows he’ll look at a few.
“Georgia Tech, Maryland and probably Pitt for sure,” he said. “Rutgers I’ve already been to. I like the coaches, but I’m not sure if I want to wait that long to win. They’re pretty far away from being competitive it seems.”
