Lancaster (Pa.) Manheim Township linebacker Nick Sizemore landed his first offer back in April. The 6-foot-1, 218-pounder has been camping all summer at a number of schools. Has anyone else pulled the trigger?
"Buffalo is my only offer," he said. "I have been to Pittsburgh, Indiana, Illinois, Northwestern, Purdue, Syracuse and Connecticut for camps.
"I actually really liked Connecticut a lot. They have really nice facilities and I like the school, it's pretty cool."
What's the situation with the Huskies?
"They seem very interested, but I don't know," he said. "They are going to meet when camp is done and get back to me.
"The other schools all told me I was really close to getting offers. They are concerned with my speed and most of them want me to send my senior tape of the first couple games."
Sizemore plans to take one more visit this weekend to Michigan State on July 12th.
With lots of schools looking, what does he want in a college?
"I want to like the school besides just for football," he said. "I want to have a good coaching staff that will help me out."
