Six offers for Miles

Woodbridge (Va.) C.D. Hylton defensive end Reggie Miles has over a half dozen scholarship offers. The 6-foot-5, 240-pounder has taken a couple visits in the past month, but plans to wait it out as he sees all of his options.
"I've been going to all kinds of camps this summer," he said. "Most recently I went down to Wake Forest and before that I was at Boston College. Those are the last two."

Miles claims offers from Cincinnati, Ohio, Purdue, Northwestern, Connecticut, Old Dominion and Navy.
Have his performances at the Boston College and Wake Forest camps helped his chance of receiving two more offers?
"Wake Forest was interested and told me they plan to wait until two games into my season to make a decision," he said. "As for Boston College, I haven't heard from them much lately."
With the six offers he already possesses, Miles was asked if any of the schools are currently standing out.
"I like all the coaches that have been talking to me," he said. "I like different things from each of their programs."
Up next for Miles will be his official visits, as he hopes to take all five.
"I'm looking for a school where I can be comfortable at," he said. "I don't want 50,000 students. I'm just kind of looking for a school that is not too big and not terribly close to home. If it happens to be nearby, I wouldn't mind it that much."
Practice started on Monday for Miles and C.D. Hylton. The two-star is looking ahead to the season.
"We're looking for a top five defense in the state this year," he said. "I'm going to see if I can bring my teammates' expectations up with me. I'm just looking to win."
