Sineace hoping patience pays off

Wellington (Fla.) Palm Beach Central offensive tackle Edens Sineace holds offers from Bowling Green, Florida International, Kentucky, Marshall, Massachusetts, and Middle Tennessee. He has also heard from schools such as Miami, Michigan State, South Carolina, South Florida, and others. The 6-foot-5, 315-pound offensive lineman believes his play during his senior season will lead to more options down the road.
"A whole bunch of schools have been out to games and asking for film," Sineace said. "I know how the recruiting process works, with schools waiting on a lot of these five and four-star guys, and then looking at a guy like me. I am willing to wait and see who comes after me. I think after the season a whole bunch of offers will start coming in for me."

The recruiting process seemingly continues to speed up with prospects making decisions earlier and earlier, but the three-star lineman says he isn't that type. Instead, he is practicing patience in hopes of having more, and better, options down the road.
"I am going to let it all play out," Sineace said. "I think I will have more options before long and I don't want to do anything until I can lay it all out and see who is available for me."
While Sineace waits, he said he intends to take a pair of unofficial visits to in-state schools during the season.
"I am trying to take a visit to a Florida game and a Miami game," Sineace said. "Those schools are close to me and not that hard to get to. I am interested in both of those schools and I am hearing from both of them as well. It will just be whenever it works out."
Sineace says he has given no thought to official visits at this time.
