Position: Defensive lineman
Size and speed: Shipley is 6-foot-3 and 275 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.95 seconds.
Statistics: Shipley has been a varsity starter on both sides of the ball since his freshman year. He made 70 tackles including six sacks during his junior season.
Honors: All-conference since his freshman year and all-state as a junior.
Favorite Schools: Pitt, Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Virginia, and North Carolina State.
Skinny: Shipley is one of the top defensive linemen in the Big Ten region. He has scholarship offers from Pitt, Penn State, Michigan State, North Carolina, and Syracuse.
"I've taken a few visits," Shipley said. "I've been to Pitt, Penn State, Michigan State, Syracuse, and Michigan."
"I'm going to Ohio State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and some schools in North Carolina."
