Sherer has three Big Ten offers

Cicero (Ind.) Hamilton Heights signal-caller Dustin Sherer is one of the Midwest's top quarterback prospects. The 6-foot-4 and 205 pounder already has scholarship offers from three Big Ten schools.
"I've been offered by Iowa, Illinois, Bowling Green, Indiana, and Western Michigan," Sherer said. "And I'm being recruited hard by Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Purdue, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Those are the big ones."

"I really don't have a favorite."
"I'll probably decide before school starts next year."
"I've been to all the schools I've been offered by, and Purdue and Notre Dame."
"I'm going to one day camps this summer at Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Ohio State, and Notre Dame."

Sherer completed 135 of 245 passes (55%) during his junior season for 2216 yards. He connected for 17 touchdowns and was intercepted six times. Sherer also rushed for five touchdowns.
