Sheil receives big offer
Clifton (Va.) Centreville offensive tackle Pat Sheil picked up four more scholarship offers over the last week. The fourth offer is the most impressive to Sheil and it came last night.
"Oklahoma just called me and they have offered me scholarship," said the 6-foot-6, 275-pound tackle who runs the 40-yard dash in 5.1 seconds.

What schools have offered Sheil?
"I have offers from Virginia, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Miami, Florida, Boston College, Michigan State, Rutgers, Oklahoma, Army, Wake Forest, Syracuse, and Nebraska. There some others but that is just what I remember right now. Southern Cal, Notre Dame, and Georgia are showing heavy interest as well."
Does Sheil have a favorite?
"I don't have a favorite at this point. I am most interested in Virginia, Miami, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia Tech, and Boston College."
Earlier this year, Sheil said that he would like to commit before his season starts. Is that still the case?
"I am still shooting for the summer but at this rate, I might wait awhile and see who else offers."
