Shaw to visit Big Ten school

Iowa had a big recruiting weekend several days ago and the Hawkeyes could be poised to host another east coast prospect shortly.
On Wednesday evening Tevin Shaw said he's trying to set up an official visit to the Big Ten school. It would be Shaw's first such visit of the recruiting process, and while it's not confirmed yet it seems to be in the works.

"I'm trying to set up an official to Iowa for Friday through Sunday but they've got to get back to me to let me know," Shaw told Rivals.com.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pound athlete from Piscataway (N.J.) claims offers from Iowa, South Carolina, Akron and Temple, among others.
Even if Shaw takes a trip to Iowa and it goes well it probably won't be the last trip he takes.
"I'd like to try to get out to Maryland and Kent State, too," he said.
Last year Shaw rushed for more than 1,100 yards and 17 touchdowns while registering nearly 60 tackles and four picks on defense.
He has the ability to play on either side of the ball in college.
