Shaw ready for Michigan this weekend

Kenny Shaw is getting ready to make his first official visit. This 6-0 and 160 pound four-star receiver has been scheduled to visit the University of Georgia twice and both times he didn't have a chance to make it to Athens.
"I was supposed to go to Georgia again this past weekend but I had to go to a funeral," Shaw said. "I will reschedule for Georgia some time for after the playoffs.

"This weekend though I am going to Michigan. I talk with Ricardo (Miller) a lot. He tells me that Michigan needs help. They have depth at certain positions but it seems like wide receiver is a weaker group. I have to give them a look. As of now distance is not a factor with me but early playing time is."
With the trip to Ann Arbor this weekend and Georgia after the season ends, who else is in contention with Shaw?
"FSU has been in the lead but not too far. E.J. (Manuel) played well in his first start last week. He did it in the air and on the ground. I know if I were to go there he would be the guy.
"Florida is right there just behind Florida State. Tennessee is losing some wide receivers and they just lost Nu'Kesse (Richardson). I am trying to pay attention as best I can to what's going on out there. I also may want to take a look at Alabama.
"I am pretty sure I will visit the Vols after the season. I am going to Gainesville when Florida and FSU play. I just know all of these schools need receivers."
Shaw, from Orlando, plays for Dr. Phillips High School, one of the top schools in the state of Florida. They finished the season 10-0 and play Olympia in the first round of the playoffs on Friday.
