Shaw eyeing official visits

Kenny Shaw is a four-star wide receiver prospect from Orlando. Shaw, 6-1 and 160 pounds, plays for the top rated team in 6A in Florida, Dr. Phillips High School.
"I am having a good senior season," Shaw said. "Me and (running back) Demetrius Hart are having good years. You can't sleep on him or he will beat you. You load up to stop him and I can get you. It's a double threat. Personally, I am reading defenses better and I am a better route runner then what I was last year."

Shaw was scheduled to officially visit Georgia last month but he had to reschedule. Now he's slated to visit Athens for his official visit when they host Auburn (11-13) next month.
"I am looking forward to that visit and that will be a big game. This season, I have only been to games at FSU and Florida.
"I also want to (officially) visit Tennessee and Alabama. I am going to try and get out to California with Ricardo (Miller) and see UCLA. I might take one to Michigan or Ohio State. I am not sure yet."
If there is one team to beat for Shaw it's Florida State. In fact, he would likely already be a Seminole if not for all the controversy surrounding the FSU program.
"I have to admit what's happened up there has affected me or else I would have committed already. But I know they need help and need depth. I can come in and help out that team. Sure I know there will be coaching changes and I will stay patient and wait and see what happens after the season."
Shaw says he now plays on making his decision at the Under Armour All-Star game in early January.
