Shaw down to four schools

Things are starting to wind down for wide receiver Kenny Shaw. Well, sort of. The senior from Orlando is now done with his final season at Dr. Phillips. He has a leader once again in recruiting and some direction at his favorite school.
"Florida State is back on top for me," Shaw said. "They are rolling right now. They just landed Jeff (Luc) and Lamarcus (Joyner). It seems like everyone is hopping on that train. If things stay this way FSU could finish with the top class in the nation.

"I am leaning that way but still not 100% but I am getting closer to a decision."
Shaw has taken one official visit thus far and that was to Michigan for their home game against Ohio State. There, he also spent time with his former teammate and current Michigan commitment Ricardo Miller.
"It was good to see him and we got to spend the whole day together. It was fun up there and a little cold. There's a good opportunity for me at Michigan and I love their fan support."
So who else is in the mix for Shaw?
"I also want to visit South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida State. It's down to those four. I am supposed to visit South Carolina on January 15th but that's my birthday weekend and I'm going to move it to the week before. I will visit Florida State the last weekend of the month. I haven't set up anything yet to Tennessee."
Dr. Phillips was recently knocked out of the playoffs after their second round loss to Apopka. They lost in five overtimes 45-42. In that game Shaw caught four touchdown passes.
"I had a good season. I caught around 40 passes for over 700 yards and 13 touchdowns."
Shaw is a four-star wide receiver prospect and a member of the Rivals250.
