Several schools interested in RB Jones

If you're looking for a sleeper at running back to keep an eye on just watch out for Nigel Jones, a 5-foot-9, 198-pound all-purpose back from Absecon (N.J.) Holy Spirit.
Jones will get a chance to work out at summer camps as a running back and perhaps a corner. Those camps could very well determine his future.

With a verbal offer from Temple, Jones already knows he has the opportunity to play D-I ball. Now the question is how big his offer list will get.
"I'm going to try to go down to North Carolina, Syracuse and probably Villanova and Delaware this summer," Jones explained.
"A lot of schools are saying they're going to be here this week. We're working out and I've talked to Minnesota, Rutgers, East Carolina, Villanova, Delaware, Syracuse and Buffalo.
"Minnesota actually said they might offer me. They want to look at my film more. Syracuse is really interested and talking like they're really interested."
Despite the heavy interest from the Gophers and Orange, another school stands out.
"I actually really like North Carolina because of what they bring as a school and a really big program. I mean, look at the NFL (Draft) last week.
"They came to see me last week. I've spoken to them for about five minutes before. They said they want to see me work out at camp and hopefully I can earn an offer."
In six games last fall Jones rushed for 824 yards and seven scores.
