Seven offers for three-star QB

Three-star quarterback Damian Williams out of Metairie (La.) Rummel has a handful of offers. Williams has been to several summer camps already and gave an update on what is new with his recruiting process.
"Nothing really, I'm just working out and trying to do some camps with my team," he said. "I've been to camps at TCU, Mississippi State and ULM. I plan to go to Alabama and Florida State still."
Williams claims a number of offers including Nebraska, Southern Miss, Kansas State, Memphis, Florida International, Louisiana-Monroe and Tulane.
As for the other schools that have not yet offered, Williams discussed them.
"They have situations where they have one quarterback and are looking for two," he said. "A lot of them would like to see me throw in person. I have to go make my way to schools that are interested and show them I'm interested. I want to go get the offers instead of waiting."
With a good amount of options to choose from, Williams was asked about any possible favorites and to discuss what he hopes to find in a program.
"I don't have any favorites yet," he said. "I want a winning program and a place where I can focus and be as successful as possible."
