Rivals250 running back Latavius Murray added his second offer last week. Already holding an offer from nearby Syracuse, a school from the ACC pulled the trigger on the 6-foot-3, 215-pounder.
"I got offers from Boston College and Syracuse now," he said. "I picked up the offer from Boston College last week I think.
"I'm excited to get the offer. I've heard Boston is a great city and both they and Syracuse are great. All the schools are on the same level for me. Nobody is above anybody else."
During the May evaluation period, plenty of other colleges are checking out the Nedrow (N.Y.) Onondaga Central prospect.
"Quite a few schools have come by including Notre Dame, Virginia, Central Florida and Pittsburgh."
With no clear favorites, what is Murray looking for in a school?
"First, I want to be in a good city hopefully," he said. "I also want somewhere that has a good school and then I'd like to be in good with the coaches. Location doesn't really matter, but I don't want to go too far from the East Coast."
