Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) running back Roshard Burney picked up his third offer on Wednesday.
"Cincinnati offered me today," Burney said.

He talked about what he was told by his primary recruiter, Bearcats' assistant John Jancek.
"I learned that they run the same offense that we run at my high school," Burney said. "They have nice facilities. They are real strict about their academics. The coach (Jancek) just told me they are going to recruit me real hard and that they really want me to come to their school."
The 5-foot-10, 205-pound running back knows a bit about the Bearcats.
"I watched them a couple of games last year," Burney said. "I know they are part of the Big East and in Ohio. I know a bit about that area. From what I have seen, it is a good program there and they are trying to get better. They are looking for a running back to come help them win some ball games."
Cincinnati joins Rutgers and Georgia State in offering Burney. He plans to camp at all three schools this summer. At this time, he doesn't have a favorite out of the trio but admits he feels he has a good bond with the staff at Rutgers.
"I don't have a leader right now," Burney said.
Other schools that have shown interest in Burney include Central Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas State, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, N.C. State, Purdue, and UCLA.
As a junior, Burney rushed for 805 yards on 130 carries and scored ten touchdowns.
