SEC offers coming in for 2014 sleeper

Things may be taking off a little later for Hampton (Ga.) Lovejoy offensive guard Justin Brown than they did for some of his classmates, but you won't hear the 6-foot-4, 295-pounder complain.
In the past week Brown has added offers from two SEC schools and he thinks more BCS offers are on the horizon.

"Mississippi State and Kentucky offered late last week and Georgia Tech is supposed to offer me when I visit this weekend," Brown said. "Next weekend I'll be taking a visit to Mississippi State."
Brown said he thinks his play through the first few weeks has opened the eyes of schools that were already showing interest.
"I just think that they saw it before but they really took a closer look at what I can do," he said. "I think they see the potential that I have in the future."
Brown said he's been in touch with the Mississippi State coaches for a while and now that the Bulldogs have offered he's excited to get on campus.
"One of the coaches came down and saw me in the spring and we've been talking since then," he said. "I just want to go up there and see the environment and the lifestyle in Starkville."
As far as the nearby Yellow Jackets, Brown said he thinks he'd fit well in the school's unique offense.
"I think I'd do real good there because they want me to play guard," he said. "I've been waiting film on them and their guards cut or turn up inside and our scheme is the same. We turn up and open holes for the running backs.
While he's still pretty open right now, Brown said the idea of playing in the SEC at the next level is something that appeals to him.
"The SEC - that sounds real good," he said. "That's a lot of competition and a real good conference."
