Seattle star will likely visit the Midwest

Seattle (Wa.) O'Dea linebacker Anthony Felder has scholarship offers from many schools on the West Coast. But he also is drawing plenty of attention from colleges east of the Mississippi as well.
"Several schools out there are recruiting him," Felder's father Kirby Felder said. "Penn State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Duke. I think that's it. All four have offered. He likes all of those schools."

"He has 10 offers so far. He's still open as to where he's going to go."
"If I would say any of those schools in the Midwest, I would say Ohio State and Notre Dame would be the two. I'd say he will make official visits to those two. Those will probably be two of them. Nothing else is really settled."
"He's looking at Miami and Florida State, but neither has made an official offer yet."
"As far as the other offers, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, LSU, Colorado State, and Arizona State have offered. And Washington State is recruiting him."
"We just really don't know where he's going to end up. I would like to see him decide by the end of December."
The 6-foot-3 and 225 pound Felder made 146 tackles, a school single season record, during his junior season. He has 50 tackles through five games this season. Felder is the No. 9 inside linebacker prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 3 prospect in the state of Washington.
