Scott impresses at USC

Ontario (Calif.) Colony receiver Kenneth Scott came into Thursday's Rising Star Camp hoping to earn an offer from USC.
He didn't walk away with an offer from the Trojans, but he did walk away with the respect of the USC coaches.

"I was leaving and I went to tell coach Pete Carroll thank you for showing me a good time because I had to leave early," Scott said. "He stuck around with me and was telling me I had an outstanding performance today. He said I made catch after catch, and I could really fit their program."
Scott, the four-star receiver that ranks as the No. 41 player at his position, dominated in drills and during one-on-ones Thursday. He was the top receiver on hand Thursday and showed why he was able to rack up more than 655 yards receiving as a junior.
Scott does have offers from Colorado, Colorado State, San Diego State, Utah, UTEP and Idaho, but a USC offer is one he really covets.
"Coach Carroll told me I am an elite player," Scott said. "He told me once my first game rolls around to send him that film, and we'll see what happens from there.
"I can't wait to show him on that tape that I'm worthy of an offer."
