With one glimpse on film, it's obvious that the 6-foot, 185-pound Dallas (Texas) Skyline 2007 prospect Christian Scott is an athlete to watch for next year's recruiting process.

Apparently, colleges agree as the first offer has come in and a verbal offer joined that in the last week. The speedster, who prefers defense, can make a play on either side of the ball. He's just excited to get his process started.
"Baylor was my first written offer, but then my coach told me that Florida State said they were going to offer," Scott said. "I believe that's a verbal offer right now, but it's really exciting to see all of this happen."
"I'm still getting a lot of stuff from Texas A&M, Colorado, Illinois, Boston College, Arkansas, and Iowa."
Scott, who is participating in track in the off-season does a little bit of everything out there from several speed events to the long jump.
"It's going pretty good," Scott said. "I've just been practice right now, but we've been preparing for our first track meet on Feb. 25."
One thing is for sure, Scott says it's way to early to name a favorite.
"I don't know about that yet," he said. "I really just don't have anything like that nailed down yet."
