Schwartz ready to start his tour

Clyde, Ohio, linebacker Eric Schwartz is ready to start quite a schedule of unofficial visits to college football games. The tour begins in Columbus on Saturday.
"I'm going to the Ohio State-Iowa game," Schwartz said. "I'm also going to Akron vs. Central Michigan, Bowling Green vs. Ohio, Miami of Ohio vs. Akron, Cincinnati vs. Louisville, Bowling Green vs. Toledo, Northwestern vs. Michigan, and Ohio vs. Kent State.

"Right now I'd say I'm looking at Miami of Ohio, Akron, Cincinnati, Ohio University, Northwestern, and Ohio State still.
"Ohio State is my favorite school. They called. They have to wait with their recruiting board to see what they're doing."
The 6-foot-0 and 227-pound Schwartz said he has received calls this month from all of the schools he mentioned, though none have offered a scholarship to this point.
