Schultz off to fast start

Dalton Schultz is off and running with four early offers and the 2014 tight end from South Jordan (Utah) Bingham could be close to others.
Stanford continues to show interest in the 6-foot-5, 215-pound prospect and he said Oklahoma, Arizona State and others are getting involved.

Schultz said it's far too early to name any serious frontrunners but there are some teams that stand out more than others. Since it's so early, though, Schultz wants to review all his options and take his time.
"I'm taking a good, long, hard look at things," Schultz said.
"That's kind of how I want to approach it all. I want to take my time. I have two more years to decide where I want to go so I want to slow down a little bit.
"I wouldn't really want to say one school is a favorite over the others. I definitely like Stanford, Cal and Utah right now but there really isn't one school that's on top of my list."
So far, Schultz has offers from BYU, Cal, Colorado and Utah and there is definitely serious interest in Stanford. He has already visited the campus and plans to return this summer.
"They showed up at our school about two weeks ago," Schultz said of Stanford.
"I'm planning on going up to their camp in June. I'll be up there for a day. I'm going to BYU's camp as well as Utah's camp. That's most likely how it will all happen.
"Oklahoma and Arizona State are still interested and so are all the other schools I have offers from. Stanford is also interested and hopefully they offer soon."
