Schools looking at Pritchard

Suwanee (Ga.) North Gwinnett defensive end/outside linebacker prospect Robert Pritchard hasn't received any scholarship offers yet, but he is getting plenty of attention by way of mail from a number of Division I-A programs.
"I am getting a lot letters from schools like Alabama, North Carolina, Boston College, Georgia Tech, LSU and schools like that."

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Pritchard recently traveled to Tuscaloosa for the Alabama Junior Day.
"They have a nice campus, nice facilities and the coaches were nice and all," he said.
He talked about what he would be looking for in a college.
"My options are open," he said. "I am going to be looking at the atmosphere and if I am comfortable with everything."
Pritchard believes that though he plays defensive end in college, that he projects as a linebacker on the collegiate level.
"I think most likely I will play linebacker," he said. "I am aggressive, explosive and I am good with my hands and am quick off the ball."
Pritchard attended the Rivals.com Atlanta Junior Day last Saturday at Lovejoy High School in Hampton, Ga. Previously, he was one of the better rising junior performers at the 2006 Clemson NIKE Camp.
