School at top for Texas DT

Huntsville, Texas defensive tackle Adam Ayala took his second official visit two weeks ago, but even that trip isn't the most recent news for the three-star rated defensive tackle.
"My trip to Colorado State was really good," the 6-foot-5, 253-pound Ayala said. "Everything went really well. It was my first time in that area and it was really nice there. The coaches at the school are really nice people. Scott Brown, the defensive tackles coach, is the one recruiting me."

Just this week, the natin's No. 82 rated defensive tackle, added two more schools to the mix for his skills.
"Some new stuff has happened over the past week," he said. "I talked to the head coach at UTEP and they offered me a scholarship and Colorado offered me a scholarship last week.
"I am going to visit Colorado on January 16. I am going to see about going to UTEP on the first weekend, but not sure on that yet."
At this point, Ayala is hesitant to name a definitive favorite school.
"I really was going to wait until after my visits, but at this moment, I'm leaning a little toward Colorado. I want to take that visit and then sit back and make a list with pros and cons of each school and try to make a decision from that."
