Schiccatano Not Quite Down To Five Yet

Nate Schiccatano (6'3 215 4.45) from Catawissa Southern Columbia (PA) rushed for 1458 yards last season and averaged 13 yards a carry. He also picked off two passes and could play running back, wide receiver, or safety in college. Earlier this week Schiccatano said he would like to have his list of schools down to five or less by Thursday or Friday. He is not quite there yet.

"He met with his coach tonight," Nate Schiccatano's father Sam said late Thursday night. "He's trying to get it down to five or less, but he just hasn't done it yet. It's not as easy as he thought it was going to be. Hopefully by Monday. Every one of the schools he visited was so nice. I'd say he has about eight left." Schiccatano has visited Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan State, West Virginia, Pitt, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia Tech, and Duke, and all of those schools have offered a scholarship.
