Scales hosts Big Ten coaches

One of the top Midwest prospects remaining on the board in the 2014 class is Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain linebacker Tegray Scales. The three-star hosted two Big Ten coaching staffs in-home this week.
"Indiana stopped by Monday and Minnesota stopped by yesterday," Scales reported. "I think Illinois is going to stop by the school tomorrow, but I don't know if they'll be stopping by the house."

Indiana actually sent two coaches Scales' way on Monday - Greg Frey during the day and William Inge in the evening.
"I pretty much know everything about Indiana," Scales said. "I've been there a couple times and have a good idea, but I think my parents got a lot of their questions answered so that was good."
Scales has all five of his official visits still available to him and he expects Indiana to receive one of those trips. Minnesota is also in line for an official visit after their in-home visit on Tuesday.
"It's most likely a school I will to take a visit to," Scales said of the Golden Gophers. "When he came on Tuesday he got to meet my parents. I know my mom really wanted to know a lot about it and I think she got all here questions answered."
Other schools that have offered Scales include Boston College, Cincinnati, Louisville, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wisconsin. He has yet to schedule any of those official visits, but said he still keeps in touch with all those programs and all are in play for a potential official visit.
"A couple coaches stopped by and they were going to get ahold of my wrestling schedule, let me know which date I could get up there," Scales said.
