Scales continues to add offers

Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain linebacker Tegray Scales has seen his offer list shoot up to 15 schools with two recent additions from BCS programs in the last couple weeks.
Oklahoma is the most recent school to offer. They were preceded by an offer from his hometown Cincinnati Bearcats.

"They offered a little before Oklahoma," Scales said of Cincinnati. "I did go to the UC camp for one day. I talked to all the coaches, toured the campus and then talked to Coach [Art] Kaufman."
Scales has used the summer camp season as an opportunity to visit schools with his teammates.
"I haven't gone to any camps to participate," Scales clarified. "I have been to a couple because my [teammates] were there and I talked with the coaches."
Other schools Scales has visited this month are Indiana, Ohio University and Akron. He is attending a camp at Ohio State on Friday, and this one he is participating in.
"My coach told me they were evaluating two linebackers and one of those was me," Scales said of Ohio State. "They only need one linebacker spot, so I have to go up to this camp."
Scales' offer list has reached an impressive number, but the 6-foot, 205-pound linebacker plans to take his recruitment into his senior year.
"I am going to make a couple official visits," Scales said. "I'm not exactly sure which ones yet."
