Sanders still committed, returns from trip

Just this past week, Marlin, Texas athlete Jeremy Sanders took his recruitment to the next step when he gave a verbal commitment to Houston. However, the story doesn't end there as more visits are yet to go.
This past weekend, after officially visiting Houston, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State, the three-star rated prospect went to SMU. The trip went well, but there is more to go.

"Yes sir, I just got back from SMU and it went pretty good," Sanders said. "I like the offense that they run and the city. The academics and all that sounds pretty good from what the coaches were talking with me about."
"I've still got go to Baylor this weekend coming up. I was supposed to go to Missouri after that, but I have to take the SAT on Jan. 20 instead. If I go, it will be an unofficial trip because Baylor is my fifth official."
Sanders says that even though he enjoyed his trip to SMU, his commitment remains for Houston.
"I'm still committed and I will be until I see something better for me," Sanders said. "It was really about the position playing time they were offering me and I felt real comfortable there."
Another factor in his decision for Houston was the overall academic situation that they offered him.
"I'm just looking for the place I feel the most comfortable at."
