San Diego DB has two offers

Three-star cornerback Jamar Taylor (5-11, 183, 4.49) from San Diego (Calif.) Helix has a very busy summer planned. He has already attended UCLA's one day camp in early June. He's currently participating at USC's Rising Senior Camp and then he's going to jet to the Midwest for another camp this Sunday (June 24th).
"The USC camp was good though I got injured early," Taylor said. "I tweaked my hammy, but I should be alright.

"I have also attended UCLA's camp and it was really good," Taylor said. "It was mellow, but I learned a lot."
"I'm going to Notre Dame's camp this coming Sunday," Taylor said. "I'm going to Notre Dame's camp to learn more about the school.
So far Taylor has two official offers from San Diego State and Utah. UCLA is looking at him and an offer could be pending.
As a junior, Taylor was an all-league selection after racking up 65 tackles, 12 deflected passes and three interceptions.
The scouting report on Taylor is he has outstanding leadership qualities, but more so by example than vocally. He has good footwork and flexibility. He's a hard worker with a keen desire to improve.
"No matter how good you are everybody has room for improvement," Taylor said. "That's the reason I'm attending camps this summer so I can improve my skills and help my team win in the fall."
Taylor also gets the job done in the weight room. His current bench press is 275, he benched 185-pounds 19 times and that is very good for a corner. He has also recorded a 35-inch vertical.
