San Antonio WR sets trip
Ranked as a three-star receiver prospect, Otis McDaniel of San Antonio (Texas) Taft has quite a few schools chasing after him. So it’s no surprise that he’s lining up his fist official visit.
“I’m going to Wisconsin on December 12,” McDaniel, who is 6-foot-1 and 175 pound, said. “I’m really excited to see what it’s like up there. They have a really good football program and a great offense.”

McDaniel, one of Texas’ top sprinters, is also working on visits to Purdue, TCU, Pittsburgh and Kansas State. He also would like to visit Oklahoma, but he said he’s not heard from the Sooners in quite some time.
“My top five would be Wisconsin, Purdue, TCU, Pittsburgh and probably K-State or OU,” he said. “I have offers from all of them. I’m going to take my time and take all of my visits.”
McDaniel is ranked as the nation’s No. 25 receiver.
