Samuel pushes back ACC visit

Colin Samuel had at first scheduled his official visit to Boston College for a few weeks ago when the Eagles upset USC but it was pushed back for the regular season finale against Syracuse.
The three-star defensive back said Boston College looks the best in his recruitment at this point but there are three Pac-12 schools that could make a serious run at his commitment if he's offered.

"They moved it back to the game against Syracuse," Samuel said of Boston College.
"I don't have any other trips planned. They are looking good. They beat SC so that was a pretty good look. They do look pretty good right now but I want to go see them before I make any decisions."
Samuel, who transferred from Mission Hills (Calif.) Alemany to Long Beach (Calif.) Poly for his senior season, now has offers from Boston College, Colorado State, Fresno State, Illinois, New Mexico, San Diego State, SMU and Wyoming.
That new Pac-12 interest is definitely interesting to Samuel, who had an interception in Poly's loss to Corona (Calif.) Centennial this past weekend.
"Pretty much the schools that are most involved are Washington, USC and Cal," Samuel said. "Those are the ones who are recruiting me the hardest at the moment. Those are the only ones right now.
"They want to see some film because I didn't have film from my last season so they need more film on me."
The next step for Samuel, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound three-star cornerback, is to focus on his senior season, get some midseason highlight film and then send it out to schools. More official visits are expected later in the season once Samuel figures out which programs are the most involved.
