Same three on top for Martin

Cincinnati (Ohio) LaSalle four-star defensive end Ben Martin lost his first game this past weekend, but he's hoping to turn things around this week with a big game against Xenia tonight.
"They're all right," Martin, who is ranked as the No. 2 player in Ohio and the No. 51 player overall, said. "It'll be a good challenge, but we're ready for it. I played well last week, but we still lost. It's going all right, though. It's getting better. I had 13 tackles."

Martin, who is 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds, said his phone has been quite busy since the September calling period began. With a top group of Florida, Notre Dame and Ohio State, it's no surprise that those are a few of the teams that have been all over him.
"I talked to coach Charlie Weis," Martin said. "We had a good talk. I also talked to the coaches from Florida, Ohio State and Tennessee."
Martin still has not lined up any official visits, but he might get to that point some time here in the next few weeks.
"Ohio State, Notre Dame and Florida," Martin said when asked where he'll visit. "I don't know the two other ones yet. I'm trying to narrow it down right now. I'm just trying to get this thing to come to a close.
"Those top three teams, they're all even right now."
