Safety Changes Trip

Hampton, Va. safety Jimmy Williams was supposed to take an official visit to West Virginia this weekend. So what happened?

"It had to be re-scheduled so I'm going on Jan. 25 now," said the 6-foot-3, 195-pounder. "I have Virginia on Jan. 18 and then West Virginia and then I decide."

Georgia was making a late push as well for the standout athlete, but he didn't want to go that far from home.

"I want to stay close," he said. "West Virginia is about six hours away, Virginia Tech is about three or four hours and Virginia is less than two hours. Choosing on location I'd pick Virginia, but if I had to choose right now it would be Tech. They're the only one I've been to. That's why these last two visits are important."
